This policy applies to Cameo China US Inc.<br \/>\nand Cameo China Canada Inc. (\u201cCameo China North America\u201d). For other regions, contact your local branch.<\/p>\n<p><b>Order of Precedence:<\/b> For any <b>drop-ship order<\/b>, the <b>Drop-Ship Orders<\/b> terms below control over<br \/>\nany invoice-based timelines or requirements stated elsewhere in this policy.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"quick-policy-summary\">Quick Policy Summary<\/h3>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th>Item<\/th>\n<th>Policy<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Packaging<\/b><\/td>\n<td><b>Original, unopened manufacturer packaging is required for all returns\/exchanges \u2014 no exceptions.<\/b><br \/>\nOpened cartons, partial cases, mixed-condition cartons, or re-packed items are not eligible.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Drop-Ship Returns<\/b><\/td>\n<td><b>0\u201310 days:<\/b> eligible, no restocking fee (subject to approval)<br \/>\n<b>11\u201320 days:<\/b> may be accepted at Cameo\u2019s discretion, <b>25% restocking fee<\/b><br \/>\n<b>After 20 days:<\/b> no returns accepted<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Damage \/ Missing<\/b><\/td>\n<td>Must be reported within <b>7 calendar days<\/b> of delivery (separate from returns)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3 id=\"definitions\">Definitions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Delivery Date:<\/b> the carrier-confirmed delivery date shown on the carrier\u2019s proof of delivery (POD).<\/li>\n<li><b>Dealer:<\/b> an approved reseller authorized to represent Cameo China to end customers.<\/li>\n<li><b>Drop-Ship Order:<\/b> an order shipped by Cameo China directly to the end customer on behalf of a dealer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"standard-orders\">Standard Orders<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Written or electronic notice of a return\/exchange must be received within <b>ten (10) business days<\/b> after the invoice date.<\/li>\n<li>If returned merchandise <b>arrives at Cameo within twenty (20) business days<\/b> after the invoice date, the <b>25% restocking fee is waived<\/b>, provided all return conditions are met.<\/li>\n<li><b>Packaging Requirement (Absolute):<\/b> All returns\/exchanges must be <b>brand new, unused<\/b>, and in <b>original, unopened manufacturer packaging<\/b>. <b>No exceptions.<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Items received without original, unopened packaging will be <b>rejected<\/b>, <b>not inspected<\/b>, and <b>no credit or replacement will be issued<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>All return freight, insurance, and related costs are the <b>distributor\u2019s responsibility<\/b>. Items damaged during return transit will be deducted from any applicable credit.<\/li>\n<li>Cameo may require clear <b>photos or videos<\/b> of the items and packaging <b>before<\/b> any authorization is issued.<\/li>\n<li><b>Fraud Prevention:<\/b> Cameo may refuse or permanently restrict returns from any account submitting false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"drop-ship-orders\">Drop-Ship Orders<\/h3>\n<h4 id=\"return-timeline-restocking-fee\">Return Timeline &amp; Restocking Fee<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><b>0\u201310 days from Delivery Date:<\/b> return request may be eligible with <b>no restocking fee<\/b>, subject to all requirements and Cameo authorization.<\/li>\n<li><b>11\u201320 days from Delivery Date:<\/b> return request may be accepted at Cameo China\u2019s discretion and is subject to a <b>25% restocking fee<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b>After 20 days:<\/b> <b>no returns accepted under any circumstance<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"packaging-requirement-absolute\">Packaging Requirement (Absolute)<\/h4>\n<p><b>All returns and exchanges, for any reason, must be in original, unopened manufacturer packaging \u2014 no exceptions.<\/b><br \/>\nThis requirement applies regardless of cause, including but not limited to Cameo error, carrier damage, manufacturing defect, or incorrect shipment.<\/p>\n<p>Any item received without original, unopened packaging will be <b>automatically rejected<\/b>, <b>not inspected<\/b>, and <b>no credit or replacement will be issued<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"authorization-documentation-freight\">Authorization, Documentation &amp; Freight<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Return authorization is required <b>before<\/b> any product is shipped back.<\/li>\n<li>The dealer (or customer) must submit clear, <b>time-stamped photos<\/b> of product and packaging for review prior to authorization. Cameo may request an unboxing video to verify claims.<\/li>\n<li>All return\/exchange shipping and related costs are <b>charged to the dealer<\/b>. Dealer may recover such costs from their customer. <i>Exception: Cameo error (as confirmed by Cameo in writing).<\/i><\/li>\n<li>No claims are accepted for damage caused by <b>improper handling, storage, or repackaging<\/b> by the dealer or end customer.<\/li>\n<li>Returns for <b>buyer\u2019s remorse, ordering errors, or color\/lighting variance<\/b> will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"product-verification-damage-missing-claims\">Product Verification &amp; Damage \/ Missing Claims<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Distributors and end users must verify carton count and product condition <b>immediately upon delivery<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Damage or Missing Item Claims (7 Days):<\/b> Any damage, shortage, or missing item must be reported to Cameo China within <b>seven (7) calendar days<\/b> of the <b>Delivery Date<\/b> (based on POD). Claims must include clear photos of product, inner packaging, outer cartons, and shipping labels. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in claim denial.<\/li>\n<li>Damage\/shortage claims are <b>not considered returns<\/b> and are subject to separate review and approval.<\/li>\n<li>Record any exceptions <b>on the carrier waybill at time of signing<\/b>; failure to do so may result in claim refusal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"drop-ship-packaging-handling-policy\">Drop-Ship Packaging &amp; Handling Policy<\/h3>\n<p><b>Special Packaging &amp; Handling Fee<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A <b>$5.00 per carton packaging and handling fee<\/b> applies to <b>all drop-shipping orders<\/b>, regardless of the courier used \u2014<br \/>\nincluding shipments handled through Cameo China\u2019s carriers or dealer-arranged courier accounts (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Purolator).<\/p>\n<p>This fee covers the additional materials and labor required for <b>extra packaging and protection<\/b> to help ensure safe delivery of fragile dinnerware products.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The $5.00 fee is separate from any freight charges billed by the carrier.<\/li>\n<li>The fee is charged to the <b>dealer<\/b>, not the end customer, and is <b>non-waivable<\/b> except in cases of <b>Cameo China error<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Cameo China assumes <b>no liability for loss or damage<\/b> once the shipment has been collected by the carrier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"product-decoration-advisement\">Product Decoration Advisement<\/h3>\n<p>Cameo China guarantees its dinnerware only in its original factory-produced state. If any product is modified in any manner<br \/>\n(including but not limited to third-party decoration, printing, re-glazing, or kiln re-firing), all implied or explicit guarantees become <b>null and void<\/b><br \/>\nas of the moment of modification.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"open-case-policy\">Open-Case Policy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Minimum Order:<\/b> one (1) dozen per SKU.<\/li>\n<li>Items packed <b>1\u20136 dozen per case<\/b>: add a <b>10%<\/b> surcharge to the list price before discount.<\/li>\n<li>Items packed <b>&gt; 6 dozen per case<\/b>: <b>no surcharge<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Eligibility:<\/b> Due to elevated breakage risk, open-case orders are <b>not eligible<\/b> for drop-ship service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"sample-product-s-guidelines\">Sample Product(s) Guidelines<\/h3>\n<p><b>Policy:<\/b> Cameo dinnerware samples are provided for evaluation purposes and remain Cameo China property.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Shipping:<\/b> Outbound shipping may be charged at cost depending on destination.<\/li>\n<li><b>Ownership:<\/b> Samples must be returned or placed in an approved dealer display within <b>30 days<\/b> unless otherwise authorized.<\/li>\n<li><b>Custody:<\/b> Dealers are responsible for loss or damage to samples while in their possession.<\/li>\n<li>Cameo may decline sample requests from accounts with excessive, unreturned, or misused samples.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"privacy-policy-summary\">Privacy Policy (Summary)<\/h3>\n<p><i>Last updated: November 1, 2025<\/i><\/p>\n<p>We comply with applicable privacy laws in Canada and the United States (including PIPEDA, CASL, and CCPA\/CPRA) and GDPR where relevant.<br \/>\nFor privacy-related requests, contact <a href=\"mailto:privacy@cameochina.com\">privacy@cameochina.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"contact-us\">Contact Us<\/h3>\n<p>For any questions regarding these policies, returns, or claims, please contact:<br \/>\n<b><a href=\"mailto:sales@cameo.ca\">sales@cameo.ca<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=\u201d\u201d] Return \/ Exchange Policy Effective: November 1, 2025 The following conditions apply to all merchandise sold by Cameo China and its affiliate branches.
