This notice explains how Cameo China Canada handles personal information in connection with the Cameo China website and business enquiries for the Canada market.
Information we may receive
When someone chooses to contact Cameo by email or an approved future inquiry form, the information provided may include a name, business name, email address, telephone number, project details and the exact products or SKUs being discussed. The site may also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect it, such as browser, device, IP-address and request-log data.
The current review site does not offer a customer account, public checkout or payment. Its Inquiry list is stored in the visitor’s own browser and is not submitted to Cameo unless a future approved contact process is introduced.
How information is used
Cameo may use information to respond to an enquiry, prepare an appropriate business response, maintain site security, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and improve the site after the relevant tools are approved. Cameo does not use an inquiry list in this review version to send automatic email.

Analytics, chat, advertising and other optional tools must be identified here before they are enabled for a public site.

Information may be handled by approved hosting, security, communications or business-service providers acting for Cameo, and by Cameo teams serving Canada and the United States when needed to respond to a request. Before public launch, Cameo will confirm the active providers, their purposes and the applicable cross-border safeguards in this notice.

Cameo will keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, business records or legal obligations. Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
